Second Course: Grilled New Zealand Rack of Lamb with spiced black currant reduction served over a hazelnut parsnip hash, topped with radish sprouts. Paired with Glenglassaugh Revival.
Third Course: Pan Seared Sea Scallops with orange butter sauce, topped with crisped pork, served over caramelized fennel and pea tendrils. Paired with Glenglassaugh Torfa.
Fourth Course: Almond Spice Cake with plums, caramelized brown sugar mousse, mirror glaze, and Scotch toffee sauce. Paired with Arbuckle’s coffee.
